What skill level do I need to create the projects in the video?

While we plan on continually adding additional online classes to our site, all of our current videos are beginner level classes. If you have basic knowledge or are looking to begin creating wire jewelry than these classes are perfect for you. There will be some intermediate techniques also taught during these classes, so even if you consider yourself to be an intermediate wire jewelry artist, you’ll still be able to enjoy these fun online classes.

If you purchase individual classes, you’ll have unlimited access to them for a period of 30 days. During that time you can access the videos as often as you’d like. If you purchase all of the classes together, you’ll have access to all of the videos for a period of 90 days.

What happens after my access expires?

Once your access to the online classes expires, you’ll no longer be able to view the classes you signed up for. We offer a full length DVD for each of our online classes. These DVDs are offered at a discounted rate to anyone who purchases a class. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase this discounted DVD when you sign up for your class.

How do I turn the High Definition on and off?

All of our videos are shot in High Definition. This allows you to clearly see everything that is going on and not miss out on a single step in the jewelry making process. You may wish to turn this feature off if you find the video lagging due to a slow internet connection. You can turn the high definition on and off by clicking on the top right side of the video where it says “HD is On” or “HD is Off”.

What type of internet connection do I need to watch the classes?

Because you’ll be watching videos that are streamed from the internet, you’ll need an internet connection that is faster than dial-up if you wish to view the classes without any problems.
